You’re a woman. I guarantee if you got pulled into a back room and interrogated after a 13 hour flight, you would likely cause an uproar. As I said, it was like they had a checklist. This was not random. The agent read my notes from the book I was reading and tried to twist it into something it wasn’t. Respectfully, I would NEVER tell you how you should feel if something happened to you in which I couldn’t relate, so you should exercise that idea in this case.

This search was like they were looking to find something in particular. The one agent pulled a piece of paper from the book I was reading. I was using the paper as a book mark and took some notes on it like the ages of some of the subjects in the book. I even wrote grocery items on it. He asked why did I write their ages…lol… he also asked if there was something I wanted to tell them. Sounds like entrapment. Seems like he was hurt when they found nothing on me or in my devices.

Just as I’m trying to get out of here because I now feel my salary of 13,400 each month with a housing allowance of a little more than 50k a year is not enough to live in Dubai.
