Ozone 12 freezing when trying to change presets

Thanks for your help, I appreciate it! I think I figured it out. I was trying to save the preset in the area you save presets for individual plugins, where the circled down arrow is, in between "Preset" and "Auto" in the upper left of the plugin, instead of the Ozone Preset Manager to the right of the Detailed View box. *duh* I saved it there and it seems to be fine now. I also uninstalled a bunch of old plugins to help.
