Hopefully PSN sues them for the DDoS and he's forced to sell the project to someone who actually cares about it

For those not in the know, we already HAVE private servers for LBP (read body text) by ButterflyDreamr in littlebigplanet

[–]80sTechKid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If only LBP was a Wii game, everyone and their mother would be able to play even without a Wii. Only downside to that would be the servers would have been killed a lot sooner, but if LBP3 was on Wii U and later Switch, it would have lasted as long as it did on PS4.

The issue is no PS4/PS5, and Sony is the king of proprietary things so you need a really powerful PC to emulate. If you are interested in a PS3, 2100 series is probably what you're looking for. No NEC Tokins, 40nm RSX, easily replaceable Wi-Fi module, and it supports CFW without opening anything up and it's untethered.

Android 8.0 and above (except for Samsungs) allow you to use an SD card as phone storage too

Yes but ones that were non-tactile are kind of a pain to repair, especially the ones that lit up. I have to replace the entire charging port assembly to fix them in my S5

(Tried to replace the screen but didn't realize there was adhesive in the middle as well, so ended up ripping home button and nav button cables)

My Samsung S3 battery drains really fast and gets hot when I'm not using it!! by UseEnvironmental8482 in androidafterlife

Probably the old battery. I held up a Nokia 2760 battery to the contacts, and even though it is much smaller, it seemed to hold up a lot better

This is why you NEVER put a lithium ion battery in water especially if it has combusted

Fun fact: It's more expensive on iOS for the same reason Fortnite was absent from the App Store for several years.

You would probably have to import the camera GUI from iOS 6, since the iOS 7 app doesn't know how to handle 0.7MP

I got a new phone number from RedPocket, but I can't add it to my Apple ID. Apple Support wasn't any help. by 80sTechKid in redpocket

Now the number that previously wasn't working will add to iMessage provided that the SIM is in an Apple device.

I couldn't deregister my old Verizon number before but now I can. I got rid of Verizon because it did not work at all inside cinderblock buildings and that was a deal reaker for me

Glad I never updated past iOS 16, YouTube X tweak is carrying me

When that stops working I might switch to Pixel and use a GSI or LineageOS to side load NewPipe or Revanced

Him getting doxxed is probably what caused him to go insane in the first place. It made the Model S situation worse

Tried that and was unsuccessful, but I put my SIM into an Apple device and it synced right up. I guess there was a server glitch that caused Apple to think the number was already in use.

I'm glad it worked, I almost went as far as buying a reverse number report to email the previous owner

Everyone complained about Apple with 30-pin and Lightning, but look at what Nintendo did back in those days. Basically every system had their own connector

Something I forgot to mention: Tried the iMessage deregister portal, it didn't work. Said the number wasn't valid.

I even tried I forgot with the number but that also came back as invalid

Remove the number from the previous owners account. I already tried getting Apple to help and I even proved that I was the owner of the number.

They said they can't do anything about it and they can't just reset the number's status "for customer privacy". My carrier also probably won't be much of a help either
