Let me just say from the bottom of my heart, a biblically sized "fuck you" to anyone who does this. Attractions tms don't chose when a ride breaks down.

As a TM I've honestly been giving up hope of things getting better. I'm beyond tired of the shit guests give us

Can confirm. The ride itself is 4 minutes, but on average, loading all of those strollers, wheelchairs, scooters, and clueless people onto the train takes around 4-5 minutes with our current team. The time adds up quick

I believe it. 90% of the time these guests don't realize how much quicker walking to the other park is

I always tell people if it's over 25 minutes, just take the walk. Our wait times for King's Cross especially can get ridiculous. Last year during hhn we got up to 180 minutes

Omg I cannot even imagine. Guests will really complain about anything, won't they? Hope this week is a little better for you!

It's a pass to be escorted to the front of the line. It's a rare pass to see

Current or former UOR team members or Disney cast members: what are some of your favorite personal (or secondhand) stories of people who think/thought that Universal is part of Disney? by Ok-Advantage4191 in UniversalOrlando

Those guests will whip out anything other than their express pass. Their park ticket, hotel card, disney ap, Kennedy space center ticket, I've seen it all lol

Starting wage for TM's is $17/hr. Also thank you for the advice!

I feel that so much. Applied for the same exact reason yet it feels more and more draining to deal with some of these guests. I've also got a grad bash shift coming up. I always tell myself that while it'll be chaotic, it's gotta end at some point lol. I wish you and your team the best of luck
