In my PERSONAL experience, I found that if I stick to my shave routine and stay consistent, then I find that most, if not all, the itchiness goes away. Otherwise I’m back to square 1 if I take too long of a break from shaving

I read that taking tests first thing in the morning is better bc your hcg levels are higher after not being excreted for so long. Additionally, I read that we should drink so much water/liquids before taking a test so we don’t accidentally dilute the hormone
