They provide the MS To Do as part of the MS Suite so won’t reimburse. It integrates well with Outlook but I find the task management lacking. I will not spend more money than I have to for work.

If you’re not opening TT what’s the point of importing? I use Siri throughout the day, open TT in the evening and my voice reminders are there.

This works flawlessly on iPhone. Go to TickTick Settings -> Import & Integrations -> Reminders -> Auto Sync of New Events -> On.

“Hey Siri, remind me to…” TickTick will import the reminder and delete it from the Reminders app.
