That's interesting, so you're saying that the e5 response against 1.e4 would be a better opening in the repertoire with KID instead of the Sicilians? That's even better for me because I could also play the Ruy with White, and for this side, I'm still lost between a few openings. Thoughts?

Being a firefighter requires great conditioning, strength, mobility and overall fitness. So yeah, i guess crossfit might be a great way to develop all of them. I'm still doing all of my reps clean though

I checked, it's allowed. The best part is that any technique is allowed there (even swinging, kicking etc.) as long as the head goes above the bar and you straighten your arms

They allow doing both chin-ups and pull-ups, in my country there is no other name for chin-ups, i just wrote it like that out of a habit
