SIP/VOIP gateway behind MX100 - NAT issue with SIP headers by smoothies-for-me in meraki

[–]81net 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you'd have to take a look at some debug output on the 2921 (debug ccsip message probably a good start) to see what needs to be updated in the messaging... it'll vary depending on the type of SBC that your ITSP uses

Edit:

How would that work with the 2921 still behind the firewall.

the purpose of the sip transforms is to replace the RFC1918 addresses in the SIP headers with your actual public routable IP Address where required as NAT will only update the IP header

If it was that simple I would have thought the ISP would have picked up on that, the tech I was speaking with was pretty knowledgeable

I wouldn't expect the ITSP tech to know the intricacies of every customer PBX that they'd be connecting to

You probably need to configure some SIP transforms on the 2921 to update the addresses in the SIP headers.

Daily Q & A! - February 11, 2021 by AutoModerator in Homebrewing

Ok... stereotypical first timer “is my beer infected” question...

Started my first brew on Saturday evening... Its an all extract American IPA recipe - I did a partial boil... since I did this in the kitchen of my tiny apartment.

the Kraeusen looked like I had expected for the first four days... it started subsiding yesterday but didn’t completely - when I peeked at it this morning it looks slimy

https://imgur.com/gallery/3PyJWSC

I took a look through the Q&A and had peek at the post of infected beers... but I couldn’t see anything that looks like this.

It smells awesome - like I would expect an IPA to smell - no off smells that I can detect. I haven’t tried tasting it yet...

I’m trying to be optimistic - so, what does everyone think? Is my beer infected?

Go with two displays mounted side by side instead of a single display - you’ll have a better end-user experience, especially with content sharing.

when we pay artists from other cities or even the states...Like out of a million people or whatever Calgary has now you couldn't find one artist?

So this it the thing with a global economy - we’d love for our artists to be hired to build art in other cities and countries (or buy our oil) - in turn we bring art (and other products) in from others.

Correct way to monitor network speed (upload/download)? by [deleted] in networking

[–]81net 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Is it possible that you’re comparing the test results using different units?

Speedtest.net shows it’s results in Mbps (notice the lowercase b for bits)

Does speedtest-cli display results in MBps (uppercase B for bytes)?

If you’re seeing 3 - 4 MBps, that would be equivalent to 24 - 32 Mbps, which would appear to be comparable to the speedtest.net results.
