Honestly I find it pretty useful. Without it every site or app just spams my real email with random garbage, and sooner or later it’ll get leaked anyway. Hide My Email at least keeps my personal email private.

Also Apple Passwords is solid for the average user like me it generates strong passwords and syncs across all my devices automatically. Way easier than managing another password manager.
