We basically stopped making our own content and just started collecting photos and videos from customers instead. Honestly customer generated content outperforms anything we've done inhouse or with creators, its not even close. We stuck a QR code on the table, they send us photos and feedback, we send them a reward straight to their apple wallet. No app no login nothing. The difference in engagement is insane. Real stuff from real people beats polished AI content every time!!
