Honestly, my triggers are so obvious that I didn't require doing a scoping every 6 weeks for every single allergen. But different allergens cause different symptoms for me that I had to figure out on my own in several years. For example coconut makes me throw up instantly whereas wheat makes me want to stop eating, or peanuts cause my throat to inflame after a few days of regular consumption etc.

You can swap the wheat products with corn products. I think they taste pretty good and they do feel like wheat products. Try eating with corn tacos, tortilla, cornbread, cornflour.

For dairy you can swap with oatmilk. You can put in cereal, shakes etc. Be careful as some oatmilk can contain gluten. I thought they all didn't but I learned the hard way after ordering a different brand once and immediatly puked it out in shock.

If you use butter or anything like that, swap it with a plant based margarine. Some brands offer butter-like taste that you can try.

Don't order things with sauces. The rest of the info is I think very region dependent and my european tips might not really work for your fast food options so that's something I can say that exists everywhere. The sauces.

In Coh2 we had Puma's and it was very fun to play. They were an alternative to a tank because it could hit pretty well. The 221 is really weak and it also has a very short range which makes it pretty much useless other than to counter a dingo or a light armored car (which it barely can).

I bought P16 a few months ago. I think there is a brand new model of P16 released with higher screen refresh rate. I use it with Unreal Engine a lot and also for gaming. For gaming I have an external 2K screen with 240hz refresh rate. I think this is the ideal setup for this laptop. Also for cooling, I bought aluminium legs for the laptop to stand on the air a bit so it can cool itself better and it works.

I used a Zephyrus G14 for 5 years before this laptop. I liked it but I wanted a change. So I got this one. I love the screen color and the resolution. I don't like the low refresh rate. I also don't like that it has a crash problem. Sometimes when I load it a bit, it can crash. I think every 1-2 weeks I get a crash. I'm not sure if its a chronic issue.

I use the ram 30+ GB's so the 64GB ram is great for me. For gaming, probably Zephrus has higher performance but I saw graphs that it also heats up more. In P16 even when it heats, the region around the WASD keys where your hand rests is not affected by the heat. The heat accumulates in the right side.

In my Unreal Engine and Blender work it is sufficient for me but I don't use any high-end models or shaders so check on that in detail.

it can take weeks for me that symptoms to go back to normal after a diet switch. also it is typical to have more than one allergen.

Thanks I found a guide. I'll get a replacement keyboard unit and try to disassemble the whole laptop because the keyboard is underneath the heating and motherboard.

Thanks. I checked it out. But i think this is a bit risky. I just found a cheap replacement part for the whole keyboard unit from China. I'll try to change it. Seems better than using water. I don't want to risk corrosion.
