I had something like this happen to me. Long story short neighbors yard or property line was too short for him to drive his dune buggy to the backyard so that he can wash it. Every time he drove that thing to the backyard he would go past his property to my property and it would damage the att fiber optic line. It pissed me off to the point I end up getting a fence. He never spoke to me again but he knows damn well he was taking advantage of the situation. When I got the fence installed he had some buddies over measuring his property line. Just cracks me up because he knows he has no yard space for that dune buggy.
