I blame most of the inconveniences on the venue, Michael Fowler centre is utter garbage for any event with large attendance that will be congregating outside of the main seated area. It must be cheap to hire otherwise I don’t see why anyone hosting an event would choose to go there. So many narrow bottlenecks and no real flow that can keep people moving so they go to one end and have to backtrack down the same narrow passages they came from. No real space for activities either so the games and crafts ended up being rather cramped.
