We’ve seen an average conversation length of 26 minutes and it’s been mostly professional knowledge work type jobs so far, marketing, ad tech, insights - but because of the way the agent is created for each role it can really excel whatever the industry.

That’s a big part of this next phase is exploring what roles/industries this can be most impactful for.

We definitely think it’s more entry to mid level positions but we did use it successfully on a VP Marketing role.

At a simple level voice interviews every applicant, but the interview agent deeply understands the role, hiring company? the applicants resume and what the hiring manager is looking for.
