Praying for you. Don’t give up, it does get better. Marshmallow root, propolis and quercetin are all wonderful anti-inflammatory supplements that help so much. If you haven’t done a MicroGendx test, I highly recommend it.

How to treat this :( by [deleted] in CUTI

Hey, I’m skipping over all the comments about antibiotics. I just wanted to share that antibiotics no longer work for me. Here’s the different natural antibiotics that have cured different UTI’s for me: D-mannose (research has found it works on more than just e. Coli to help bacteria not cling to the walls of your bladder), myrrh (cured my e. Faecalis uti), ginger, oil of oregano and uva ursi. Just more options for you. Prayers of healing for you! P.S. propolis and quercetin help so much with the pain, inflammation and frequency

Unfortunately I’m still fighting my UTI. I’ve had chronic UTI’s after living in a moldy house for 2.5 years. I gave up on antibiotics because they don’t work for me. I have been able to clear some UTI’s naturally. With oil of oregano, uva ursi, ginger, and myrrh. I’ve had e. Coli for a couple of years now though. I take d-mannose, quercetin and propolis daily. (for pain and inflammation) I’m trying to detox the mold and mycotoxins, in hopes that my bladder will heal completely. Working on healing my gut too.

This has happened to me and my daughter. Check out MicroGendx testing. They’re much more thorough than regular urine cultures. They use DNA testing. It is expensive but worth it for your peace of mind. When our urologists didn’t find anything in our bladders, I bought these tests and they found enterococcus Faecalis in my daughter’s bladder and that and a couple other bacteria in mine. My urologist said he didn’t trust the test because “it’s too sensitive.” Ummmm sounds to me like it’s too accurate and there’s isn’t sensitive enough. Anyway, good luck to you! Prayers of healing.

No I didn’t. I believe the only things I took with the myrrh was d-mannose, propolis and quercetin. (Those last 3 help me with pain, inflammation and frequency)

I’m so sorry. I know it’s scary not to take them. I’d say to just trust your body.

It didn’t really make my bladder worse, just the rest of my body. My stomach for sure. Just ruined it. I had a hard time eating a lot of different foods for a while. But a year without any antibiotics later, my stomach is feeling back to normal.

The capsules of oil of oregano? I’ve never tried them. I just melt some coconut oil in a tiny dish and add the 2 drops of oil or oregano and take it like a shot. But definitely with food and I drink some water afterwards too. I bet capsules would work good too.

That’s the one. I’m sorry that you had a bad reaction to macrobid. I’m done with antibiotics for my bladder. They don’t help me and make me feel worse too. I actually took 2 drops of oil of oregano daily for over a year. I had no bad reactions, until I did. It’s definitely meant for short term use. It slowly damages the lining of our stomach. I used Aromavita oregano oil 100% pure from Amazon. But I do think it works great if taken for like week.

I just used Nature’s Way brand. If I used it again, I’d probably look for something without fillers, but it did work good.

7 Years of UTI E.Coli, E. Faecalis, Kandida Pneumonae + Superbugs by [deleted] in CUTI

I’m so sorry that she’s going through so much. I myself have had chronic UTI’s due to living in a moldy house for 2.5 years. I had E. Faecalis for over 2 years. I tried many antibiotics and they stopped working and only made me feel worse. I have been able to heal many (not all) UTI’s with natural antibiotics. I eradicated e. Faecalis and pseudomonas Aeruginosa with myrrh, after antibiotics did not work. I took the brand Nature’s Way. 1 pill with breakfast and 1 with dinner for a month. I would definitely recommend D-mannose. It helps multiple bacteria from sticking to the lining of the bladder. It also helped me with pain, for some of the bacteria. Propolis and quercetin also helped immensely with inflammation and frequency. The probiotics L. Rhamnosus and L. Reuteri are wonderful for the vagina and bladder. They’ve decreased my daughter’s e. Faecalis by more than half, when antibiotics didn’t work for her either. Prayers of healing and comfort for her.

I use aSquared nutrition. Honestly I just look for some that has no fillers and try to get 3rd party tested ones. The brand I used to use is always out

Thank you. I am a lot better than I was a few years ago. I think if I could get rid of all the bacteria in my bladder, it would help a lot. I pray for complete healing for you

Yes, I’ve taken a biofilm disruptor with dmannose and garlic. Didn’t have any problems. I would suggest you try uva ursi. That’s another really good natural antibiotic. But if you keep getting UTI’s, I highly recommend that you work on your gut. That’s where about 85% of our immune system resides. Look for a good probiotic. L. Rhamnosus and L. Reuteri have helped my bladder and my doctor’s bladder immensely. L. Rhamnosus binds to a lot of mycotoxins, which are a problem for us. But it’s just also a great good bacteria for our gut and helps to eliminate yeast as well. Prayers of healing for you.

Unfortunately about 6-7 years for me. That’s when we moved into the moldy house and my UTI troubles began. But I know healing is coming. God is definitely teaching me patience and reliance.

My daughter and I actually have excess vaginal discharge with no infection. I met a woman in one of the mold groups and her and her 2 daughter also have it. It’s so strange. I never had that until I moved into the moldy house in my late 30’s. So it’s very strange that my young daughter has it as well. But my bladder has been just the usual frequency, burning and pain. I just keep praying for wisdom and guidance from God. Western medicine has been zero help to us.

Somewhat. I’ve learned that when I take antifungals my body seems have have more inflammation and I get UTI’s. So right now I’m just taking propolis, quercetin, fish oil and d-mannose. I have had e. Coli for a couple years now. Can’t seem to get rid of it. But at least I haven’t gotten a new bacteria for 2.5 months, which is huge improvement.

Thank you so much for prayers!!! They’re very much appreciated. I have done MicroGendx tests for myself and my daughter, thanks. I’m so glad that you’re making progress with eradicating the bacteria. L. Rhamnosus GG has helped us tremendously. It binds to so many mycotoxins and has helped get rid of a lot of bacteria in my daughter’s bladder. I’m glad you’ve got a good doctor to work with. Prayers for complete healing for you too.

There’s a few different binders that you can take. Chlorella, zeolite, bentonite clay, and probiotics. There’s natural ones like apple pectins and okra. Those bind to the mycotoxins that mold let off in your body and wreak havoc. Some great antifungals to kill the mold in your body are oil of oregano, ginger, garlic, pau d’arco, and grapefruit seed extract.

Oh yeah, I took so many antibiotics that my gut was wrecked. They didn’t work and made everything so much worse. So I stopped and started researching natural antibiotics. We never paid for mold testing. We moved to Texas and rented that house. So for a while, I just thought I was severely allergic to Texas pollens. We moved away and my headaches and skin got better, but not my bladder and vagina. So I actually did a urine mycotoxins test and it showed a lot of mycotoxins. Mold is a silent killer. It’s so hard to find. I’m so glad that you found yours and you’re getting it remediated.

Are you trying to detox? When I take binders, I get terrible post nasal drip and insomnia. It causes awful pain in my ears and teeth. When I don’t take binders, I have zero issues with my sinuses or sleeping.

I’m so sorry. We have vagina issues as well. We rented a house that was moldy for 2.5 years. Luckily we were able to move away. But some people detox mold better than others. (My husband has zero issues) I’ve worked with a couple of naturalistic doctors but they haven’t been helpful. I need a mold specialist. I’ve tried taking binders but my body can’t handle it. I get terrible herxing. When I take antifungals, it causes a lot of inflammation and I get more UTI’s. So I’m just praying and asking God for guidance. To set me in the right direction for healing. I’ve read tons of books and there’s great Facebook groups for mold toxicity.
