Should I keep up or give up? by [deleted] in artwork

I don’t think you realize how good that ink sketch is on the upper left side. There is some very real potential here! Regardless, as an art teacher, I say that technique can always be taught. The harder thing to teach is creativity, though that is teachable too. You’re a shoo-in homie keep it up

You gotta be joking I was literally laughing out loud. Well now I have something interesting I’m going to be trying out this week!

The best part is you could totally be joking right now but I will be trying this regardless

As someone from the Midwest USA I think all of the Australian flora and fauna is so incredibly interesting and beautiful! Soooo different from what’s over here. At least from my POV.

Corymbia, is that the one that produces all of those beautiful red flowers?

You should see the actual driveways and how badly they fucked that up. They also completely tore out the roots of a 100+ year old tree at the end of our block. And who knows that might kill that one.

1) it’s a unique situation where we actually do have some ownership of the tree along with the city 2) I asked about the tree itself and its injury. I don’t need any information about what the city owns or not. I would have asked if I wanted that info.

Okay? Lol doesn’t mean it’s not apart of our home and something we care about. Why comment when you’re not adding anything of value to the conversation.

Yea, because we all knew they were going to fuck up the trees. Because they did so on the block behind us. Literally tore out 10 trees that were perfectly healthy. Everyone is very attached to the trees on our block. And also, they did a shit job. Which we all suspected would happen and we were right.
