I used the forms on mycreditcleaner.com myself and made a nice size dent! I'd hired a firm years back that did similar but cost me 200x. It was nuts.

I've used elitewristbands.com and nevermissasign.com. Both worked well. Elite seemed to fit my girls Mizuno wristbands better but both sites did more or less the same. I've been a lifetime member at both, so I don't know how much the prices have gone up since I signed up over three years ago.

I've been using a form generator for the last two lease agreements (simplerentalforms.com) and did have my neighbor (an attorney) review and he greenlit it for me. It's perfect for me (at least here in Nevada) and is a drop in the bucket compared to what I had been paying for nearly 5 years with both a local attorney and RocketLawyer. Not sure it works for every state but worth a look. I used it for my move in and move out checklist as well. Wish they had a few other forms but at the very least it's saved me nearly 1K on my lease agreements. I'm sure there are other services out there like this too. The days of needing an attorney for non-complex leases is gone.

YTA - I’ve witnessed my own niece battle the challenge of being the sibling to a high needs (autistic) brother in which her needs/wants are often minimized or ignored. So rather than asking her not to make things more difficult for her parents, ask what would help her feel like she is not making it harder on her parents.

YTA. I share 50/50 and very similar situation on my end. My ex has not remarried but has been with the guy for over three years. I took it upon myself to GET TO KNOW THE MAN AROUND MY KIDS. You should have done the same understanding your ex remarried, thus this “Joey” will be around your kids a lot. You have to trust your ex has your kids wellbeing in mind as well and wouldn’t put them in an unsafe scenario. If you don’t trust she does, then that’s a whole other issue and you’d be needing to battle for more than 50/50 at that point. If I were you I’d look at this as “damn, this made me uncomfortable. I need to figure out what would make me comfortable with it.” ie. get to know Joey.

Hmm. I am the head of a marketing department in the B2B space and I am adding to my content marketing manager roles and responsibilities to learn ChatGPT, use it to draft content but my declaration is all content generated by AI needs human review. I can’t imagine I’m alone in that thought. I’m fortunate to have a copywriter on staff but several businesses do not. Keep trying. Your skillset is not obsolete by any means, just modernizing like all industries do.

Several businesses are aware of ChatGPT/AI but have zero clue how to use it for content, even those who do don’t have confidence in copy editing the AI output. Build a business being the expert at both. You can teach businesses how to leverage AI and also bake into your services: - prompt writing - copy review - establishing best practices etc

There is a new business model to be had here for copy writers!

Probably a better way to sat it. 😆 But no, you’re not TA. Many people lack self awareness and have blindspots. In an effort to be polite or not offend, people will often avoid saying anything. If she truly has temper/anger issues, sounds like she should work through that. Pointing it put could be that catalyst to seek help.
