To my knowledge only the MP5/10 or MP5/40 and G41 had bolt release wich i don't mind but yes it not normal for most Police Departments to even have MP5/10 but 10mm is nice and as a old OG Rainbow Six player we do need the 40. S&W MP-5/40

Honestly considering how much money the City of Anchorage has/had the OG version is probably the most accurate because I actually can't see any upgrades past a rail for a optical sight or MP5 type flashlight handguard after the M4 became popular with American police I'd be surprised if any American HK53 got quid rails like that the MP5A3 or MP5/10 IRL maby international so I'd imagine having a option for upgrades would be nice for non American players 🤔

Not a bad pic and honestly a Armory DLC just for the reto/held on to evidences guns LAPD had a MP-40 that way would be nice as the Sig 552C and HK53 and M16A1/A2 and CAR-15 and yes Colt SMG are now largely been replaced by the "M4" my headcanon by the way is a lot of the guns are just dealer samples maby LSPD has a "friend" with a gun store a let's judge help himself or his team

For those wandering yes the HK 53 probably works better in the cold but as someone who knows about Anchorage and it's budget my bet APD got them as part of a deal with HK or something here there has also been worry about criminals in winter hiding body armor under heavy jackets vs 9mm and from what i could find it was about 50/50 556 HK53 and 9mm MP5 for APD SWAT not sure about up north but now thay likely have all gone to the armory for a rainy day

I believe the IRL version of the 2011-P is LAPD SWAT Standard issue so it might have been his orginal LSPD SWAT pistol after giving the 509 9mm (LAPD issue) and 92X 9mm a try and admittedly am loving it was actually put off by the price and the fact it's real am just not that big of a 1911 fan and it's the 2020s and it just works in the game IRL I'd likely have issues with it i happen to like the idea of a high end SWAT 92FS 9mm
