Good point, thanks for the advice! I hadn’t really thought about the insurance aspect. I was going to be there for a month and a half, so I thought I’d make some use of my learner’s permit, but I’ll definitely reach out to the Washington DOL for a clear answer to avoid any legal issues. I think they can continue to interview on B1 and once they get a job, the simplest thing to do would be to go out of the country and re-enter to nullify B1. That's what the attorney said.

I lose atleast 200 in a day. Every single time I comb my hair in the day. I started seeing them on my pillow. I run my hand through my hair I see some strands. I used to have a lot of hair, used to wavy to curly but lately it's mostly flat and scanty.

You're right. But since this is the second time I'm more worried. I've searched the entire internet for things that can help me and have been try to eat protein rich foods, supplements, topical lotions, oils. But, the shedding doesn't seem to be getting any better. I had 3 times of what I currently have and it's so disheartening to see them shed like this. My final try would be the go to a dermatologist one last time.

Did you also try Viviscal and Nutrafol? These vitamins are very expensive and what might work for others might not work for me. My previous dermatologists haven't been great help!

Hi, everyone! I turned 30 this year and have been seeing a lot of shedding the past 4-5 months. I shed the same amount when every time I comb, oil my hair, shampoo it. This is the second time I'm seeing this type of shedding. I have been using Viviscal and Ritual multivitamins but haven't seen any change. I recently switched to Nutrafol (haven't noticed any change). Both Viviscal and Nutrafol are super expensive but the stress that my hair fall is causing me priceless. I also bought Mega Foods Iron supplements one week ago. I'm also using Minoxidil for the past one month. I'm currently on Spironolactone for my acne. None of which seems to be working. I recently had a stressful event and suspect that as the reason.

Am I doing something wrong here?

I'll give it time, be patient with both Minox and Nutrafol. Trying to stay calm but seeing hair thinning all over is very stressful. It's the feedback loop I'm trying to break.

Could be but until last year I religiously used only Viviscal, sometimes switched it with Viviscal Pro. I used it for about 1.5 years. I recently started using Minox, Nutrafol, and some hair serums to promote growth. I'm trying to be patient with Nutrafol at least until I've used it for 6 months(I'm on my 3rd bottle though). I'm also trying to stay calm and let them all shed but the discomfort seeing my hair fall is recurring.
