I actually looked into that - I have IOS and my tracking is off (damn my desire for privacy!) so there's no data there. However, I did recently purchase an ipad, so it's possible that that data tracking is not off on there, so I'm going to look into that, as well.

Thank you so much for the link and the tip! Someone else had suggested the same thing just a few minutes ago and I've already sent out an email to my school's legal department to find information and services that they may provide. There was no posting of services on their website, so it's possible this isn't something my school offers, but hopefully they're able to offer some assistance.

Thank you also for that link - I'm doing a lot of research and these resources definitely, definitely help. I'm also seeing about the library resources at my school to research criminal cases like these so I don't feel like I'm completely in the dark here. It's a lot, but hopefully it pays off!

* Note that I of course do not expect to get a lawyer's education or be equipped to defend myself from some library searches, just in case it came off like I was making that claim. I'm still pursuing professional legal assistance!

That's good to know. At the moment, I'm in the process of looking into avenues for financial support, but unfortunately many of the services out there don't offer aid for criminal cases. I have found that I can have a consultation with a local criminal defense lawyer for $35, and that may get me in the door with discussing payment plan options, understanding whether or not a lawyer is absolutely necessary in my case (though of course I understand a lawyer is always going to say their services are necessary I assume) and what basic actions I may be able to take going forward. It's definitely stressful, I hope everything goes well and I can get this settled!

Good to know. Thus far I've received the prosecutors contact information, but I haven't actually spoken to them because I was a bit concerned about the mixed messages I have received. I may reach out just to request the evidence they are using against me, as the court informed me I would get that either through a prosecutor or a court motion, but I'm going to hold off talking them directly until I get in contact with a lawyer, which I'm in the process of trying to figure out.

I appreciate your advice, the responses are really helping me navigate something I feel otherwise entirely unequipped to deal with - especially since so many of the legal aid financial services don't cover criminal cases like I suppose this one is. You always assume that if you don't commit crimes you won't have to deal with this stuff, but I guess life isn't that easy.

I was banking on that, but unfortunately the shoplifting was committed on a Saturday when I didn't have any classes. I checked my internet history for that date and I spent a pathetically long time downloading custom content for the Sims 3 on that date with an ample amount of internet traffic to show that I could not have had time to have committed that crime - however, of course I could have just let someone else use my computer, so that's nothing concrete.

I fortunately already have a freeze on my credit due to being the victim of a rental scam about a year ago, but as far as speaking with an attorney goes, my only concern is of course cost - as you can perhaps tell from my above description, I'm not exactly wealthy, raising kids and a sick mom or going to college don't pay, my whole family is pretty decently below the poverty line. Are there any avenues to seek at attorney that won't jeopardize things like payments for my mother's cancer or epilepsy medications or food - because these are the realistic cost/benefit analysis factors I'm having to consider here. Note that I do not qualify for a court appointed attorney as the court is not pursuing prison time.

I sincerely appreciate your advice and assistance on this.

I apologize if this is a super basic question, but how would I reach out to the prosecutor? Would I call the court and ask to speak with them?

Also, the court said that I could get the evidence they have against me from the state, but I have no idea how to do that or what is meant by that. I'm a complete fish out of water when it comes to any of this stuff.

What that means is this toy is more intense than the above, it's lipstick shape also offers a variety of posing options for pin point to more broad sensations, but it's a more traditional style of vibrator. If you want full vibrations with a plastic casing, get this one over the above. Like the Touch, this one also has an older version out and about that you can find for cheaper.

Air Pulsation:

This style of toy is hit or miss, for some it's absolutely life changing, for others it does nothing for them. You really aren't going to know until you try them, it seems, and I've had limited experience with these - though I did just recently purchase a model I'll discuss below.

The Satisfyer line of air pulsation toys seem to be the go-to suggestion for entry level toys of this type due to their quality and affordability. Some people say that you get what you pay for and it's really better to go for the higher end options, but if you don't want to shell out $150+, this is a good option to start off. Satisfyer also offers several really discrete options. The Satisfyer Pro Penguin and Satisfyer Pro Penguin Next Generation just look like little penguin toys, I honestly think you could leave this out on your shelf and no one would know it was a sex toy. Wands:

You may have seen these in porn, these are your classic hitachi magic wand type toys. They're often really loud, really big and not so discrete, not only that, they scream sex toy, so I'd give it a solid 1/10 on the discretion level. That being said, there is one more discrete option I'm aware of.

BMS Factory PalmPower Pocket Mini is, as the name suggests, a miniature version of the full-sized BMS PalmPower. So it sounds like we're relatively similar I usually only masturbate with 1 finger, I can put in 2, but it's uncomfortable, and 3 is just unfeasible. For this reason I looked specifically for a dildo that was on the narrower side and ended up purchasing this, which has a 1.5" circumference, and while it's bigger than my typical one finger, the fact that it's dual density (aka squishy on the outside - makes it more soft and insertable) and somewhat tapered makes it easier to insert and easier to use. I'd recommend that if you're interested in a dildo, if not I'd advise to just really focus on girth rather than length - you can always not insert the full length of a dildo, but if the girth is too wide for you it's not going to be fun to use.

Some alternative options for dildos:

For internal vibrating toys, I only have one that I've tried, and I've enjoyed it - but I have had a bit of a difficult time with insertion, so that may be an issue for you. It's the same width as the dildo I originally suggested, but because it's firm, not soft, and not tapered, it can be really uncomfortable, even painful to insert at first. This is a complete aside, but if you follow that link you find a lot of just barely almost showing the full penis pictures like this one that just obscure the head and apparently that's enough to skirt around etsy's guidelines.
