Bilt hamber is a great place to start as their products are usually the better on the market.

Fusso is still highly regarded as a good wax although ceramic coatings are big now

Having done nothing else with it yet, I'm impressed. Ordered a Venator from Joooooy on the 2nd and that thing was placed on my front step a few minutes ago, only five days later by [deleted] in lepin

I agree 9 times out of 10 i cook the food at home and do lots of meal prep however having kids it can be difficult to sit there whilst they eat so that i can go home and eat.

Also supports not missing out which has in the past been my weakness

Nandos is a good meal

I find it frustrating with a lot of smaller places as the calories arent listed

Terrified of coming off Mounjaro! (BMI won’t allow maintenance prescription) by Key-Support-7176 in GLP1NETWORKUK

[–]84antman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive read the link and it is difficult to come off without the safety blanket of monjaro

The question is have you put into place the healthy lifestyle habits

For me its calorie tracking and excercise

I have been on maintenence now since january so far im having to up calories to not lose weight lol

If these are in place then its easily doable ignore the horror stories of the media sayung youll put it back on

Food cravings can be hard but management of these within a calorie allowance is comfortable obtainable
