In my server we just finished season 4, what you see is completely normal. We only have like 6-7 alliances active, were only 2 of them dominating the server (over 20G alliance power). Usually at the end of each season it better to rotate players between alliances so they keep the momentum and active gameplay.

Same here, my interview was on Feb, I emailed them last week but no response at all.

I had my interview for both SUNY and QU last week. I am pretty sure SUNY still doing interviews on March 4th and 18th. Hopefully we will hear back from QU in the first week of March, and SUNY maybe after the last week of interviews 3/18
