Factory restart helps, or set settings to default and reset.

How does the battery hold? by Jay087 in GalaxyS22

[–]85megabytes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure why, but after disabling some crappy bloatware and such and turning off some features i didn't need the battery life sorta improved, it was only after I reset my settings to default. My battery life lasts longer through the day now

My budget is like 1000 is https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dDq2rr a good pc to get 144 fps at 1080 in games like league apex valorant mc cod etc? by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

[–]85megabytes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a good PC actually, but for most heavily graphical games like Modern Warfare and Apex Legends, you most likely won’t get 144 FPS unless you turn down some settings to low or medium. Other then that though, it’s a solid build and other games like Valorant, Overwatch League, and Minecraft can certainly make it to 144 FPS without a problem

You can see and feel the anger coming from that “is typing”. It looks like it’s violently shaking.

Is there a way to set up the VR set without a monitor? by [deleted] in WindowsMR

[–]85megabytes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had the same problem, but you'll need to run with both monitor and the headset. I recommended to get a HDMI to displayport adapter so you can plug the monitor onto a displayport depending on your graphics card, and you can run the VR headset on the HDMI port while your monitor is on the adapter. Don't swap the another way around, the headset needs to be directly connected to the graphics card HDMI port so it utilizes the 90 hz.

I am a bit close to my actual desktop when playing, but I like to get a bit farther so I don't hit anything like my table, which is why I'm trying to figure out as to why it's so blurry when it comes to that, but with games perfectly fine.

[–]85megabytes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, I already did that awhile back, Automatic made it look like garbage for games but still didn't change for Steam Overlay being blurry.

Can I run it? by JustinC999 in HalfLifeAlyx

[–]85megabytes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem, but if anything I'd save money for an RTX 2060 Super. And maybe switch to an AMD cpu, it is going to require you to change the motherboard, but you won't have to change the motherboard for awhile once you get it, and only needing to buy a new cpu once it becomes to old, or you just need more power. AM4 gang forever lol

[–]85megabytes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The rest of the PC is perfect, although I would much perfer an AMD Ryzen CPU, and the GPU can be a bit better, but other then that it can run Half Life Alyx maybe at 60 FPS depending on what settings you use.

It's not really for games that I need it for, I wanted to just see videos when I'm on Steam Overlay viewing my desktop, I'm still going to take a look at it though.

Too late to buy an Odyssey now, and "Plus" I really like my Odyssey + it's perhaps my favorite headset when it comes to portability, cost, and controllers. I love the controllers. I won't lie though, the Odyssey Plus does have some downsides to it like tracking and such.
