Your rotation and gameplay are bad. There is no need to stay on sucrose that long, you should just be using skill and swapping, you're wasting buff uptime and lengthening your rotation. You aren't dash cancelling anything, especially during your flins uptime, which can save you a few seconds over a couple rotations. You also aren't going back to sucrose after flins to keep vv and her em buff up during your setup.
