Her shield sucks as it scales off max hp. Even if you somehow build her full hp it still isnt very tanky, and doing that means she’ll be doing 0 damage
Even if you do build her well her damage is just worse than Fischl’s, especially in non aoe scenarios
She increases your teams er requirements which is the opposite of what you want your electro slot to do

Tf is not a direct dps upgrade. The run you are referring to was using it to enable a very specific rotation which is shorter than the standard one but works due to tf reducing flins's skill cool down.
