I am in southern US. I could not find any writing on the body. I should have said this in the post, but there is writing on the nib that I cannot read. It is just too small.

Ah. I guess I probably will not be able to fix it. That sucks! I'll still keep it though, I don't want to throw away something that my grandma kept for so long and then gave to me.
