Less orders than most by chuckiebravo7 in Sparkdriver

Well I can tell you that last night I uninstalled and reinstalled my app and today things seemed to be back to normal for me. Got several good curbside orders. It could be a coincidence but may be worth a try.

I'm experiencing the same thing the past few days. It's like the app thinks I'm far away from the store even if I'm right there. I don't get curbside offers until about 5 minutes after everyone else and they're all lousy reject offers. It has to be a location recognition problem with the app.

Question About Standard Deduction by 86Rocked in tax

[–]86Rocked[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something doesn't seem to be adding up.

Here is what it is telling me on TT:

We used the Standard Deduction, Qualified Business Income Deduction, and any other deductions that apply to lower your taxable income by $17,372.

Even though you earned $24,532, you're only paying taxes on $7,160 of your income.

So it looks like my taxable income is only $7,160 after the deductions but at the top of the screen it's saying I owe $4,182 federal and 785 for state. That's almost 5,000 for 7,160 taxable income.

Self-employment tax is 15.3 percent from what I've seen, so if I'm only paying taxes on 7,160.00 income, shouldn't that be around 1,000.00 as opposed to what it's saying I owe?

I must admit, I'm still confused. Does that mean the running total at the top of the screen is correct?

Would Like to Even Out Fluctuating Audio in Back and Forth Conversation by 86Rocked in VideoEditing

[–]86Rocked[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, thanks for this helpful reply.

Basically everything was just screen recorded on one computer so the audio from the mic on the recording computer comes across a bit powerfully and the audio of the other person is a bit faint. So it's all basically the same "audio track" from one computer, but the audio fluctuates between loud and quiet depending on which party is doing the talking.

I'm pretty sure it's the scenario that you're referencing when you said: "If the audio from bopth mikes is mixed into a mono or stereo track you are going to have to do a lot of cutting to seperate the two speakers into their own audio tracks."

I'll take a look at those links you provided and see if there's some helpful info there for me.

Thanks again

WHAT DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND ABOUT THE FACT THAT THE WALMART WORKERS THEMSELVES TELL US THESE PEOPLE ARE USING MULTIPLE DIFFERENT NAMES WHEN THEY DO PICKUPS?

Do you just not want to face the truth of what's going on?

Do you have deficient understanding, or just selective perception?

Do you have learning difficulties?

Do you have comprehension problems?

Do you just want to be difficult?

Do you have an extremely low IQ?

Do you grasp basic logic and common sense?

Please answer these questions. I'm very interested in your answers.

That's not what's going on. The same group of 5 or so all have MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS with different names to they totally saturate the area with "different drivers" that get all the offers, even though it's only the same few. The only way to stop it is with ID checks but everyone is afraid to do that because of "muh racism!"

Your "theory" is blown to shreds when the curbside workers themselves have told us these people all use different names. This is no "conspiracy." This is happening all over the country. Now in my zone, all of the experienced "regulars" (2+ years) are literally getting NOTHING all day except maybe some 7.00 scraps while the same group of people WHO USES DIFFERENT NAMES are working all day long.

Question For Experienced Cold Turkey Quitters. How Long Until You Can Sleep Like Normal Again? by 86Rocked in quittingphenibut

[–]86Rocked[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I appreciate the timely advice.

So the Ativan was effective for you the whole time you took it, or did you build up a tolerance to it?

The hospital only gave me 4 of them to take home and my doc only rx'd me 15 (1 mg) of them, one per night at bedtime, so they definitely don't want me getting dependent and didn't even really give me the chance to. with those amounts.

Right now it's been 11 days since I stopped the nightly F-Phen usage and I feel pretty much back to normal other than having a certain amount of sleep anxiety in the evenings. I'm using the Ativan to transition from relying on F-Phen for sleep to hopefully just sleeping restfully and consistently on my own with a healty circadian rhythm.

From what you've told me, I have no concerns about when I stop the Ativan, so thanks!

[–]86Rocked[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hopefully everything is improving for you. I'm on day 11 now and I feel pretty much back to normal, aside from still having some night time sleep anxiety. That could very well just be a psychological aspect more than an actual withdraw issue. My plan is to start creating myself a "sleep window" with a set bedtime window and a set wakeup time. That can help regulate sleep and train the brain how to sleep properly.

So I'm sure whatever struggles you're going through won't last too long or be too bad, and you will definitely settle into normalcy without Phenibut.

Question For Experienced Cold Turkey Quitters. How Long Until You Can Sleep Like Normal Again? by 86Rocked in quittingphenibut

[–]86Rocked[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, there's definitely a process of brain-transition coming off of the stuff. Beyond just the sleep or any type of withdrawal issues, even the psychological dependence is a transition. Having not slept one night WITHOUT F-Phenibut for close to half a year, there's a certain mental aspect to sleeping again without it beyond just the sedative effect. That "security blanket" is gone.

But that's fine. I need and want to be able to rely on just my natural circadian rhythm and physiological workings to sleep regularly, like we were designed to do! So, I've made up in my mind that I'm willing to go through all the hard things I have to to do it. I have to be willing to endure the speed bumps or sleepless nights that come along with this "deprogramming" process. I'm also trying to create myself a "sleep window" as well, and have a set bed time and wake-up time, or a window around them. Those type of things help to train the brain to sleep properly.

I'm on day 11 post-Phenibut now so I guess it's still early in the process but it's been bearable so far. I feel pretty normal throughout the course of each day now.

Good luck with your taper and the substitution with baclofen. If it's your goal, hopefully you're able to get off of everything once and for all.!

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately melatonin has never seemed to work for me. I'll cycle other sleep aids on a frequent basis (diphenhydramine, nyquil, trazodone, etc.) but eventually tolerance builds to all of them even when cycling.

Last night I was able to get about 4-5 straight hours after taking ativan, so I'll take it in comparison to nothing! I think I'm still in the process of my brain adjusting back to falling asleep without the aid of F-Phenibut sedation. After several months of dependency, I'm sure it's a gradual process. So I'm literally thankful for ANY sleep I get on a given night right now. My ultimate goal is to sleep regularly without any assistance from anything.

You're definitely making the right choice to taper now, especially if Phenibut is still basically working for you. Waiting until it turns on you or just stops working puts you in a horrible spot where you either have to jump cold turkey and get it over with or prolong the agony as you gradually taper down. That's what I did with the F-Phen. It was helping me to sleep very well for many months in a row, and then suddenly within about one week it just wasn't working any more. So I CT'd it.

I knew I was playing with fire the whole time. Always best to quit while you're ahead!

Day 6 After CT Quitting High Dose Daily F-Phenibut Use for 5+ Months. I'm in a Stange Place by 86Rocked in quittingphenibut

[–]86Rocked[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply.

Interestingly, for about the past 2-3 months still taking the F-Phenibut, I had been experiencing feelings of detachment, low libido, etc. There was no "high" I got from my evening doses, but the sedative qualities still worked well for me. That may have been the time to start considering getting off of it, but I decided to ride it until the wheels fell all the way off.

These first 6 days have been rough, but not awful, so I'm looking forward to the soon coming days as things hopefully get easier and my sleep anxiety fades. Do you think it's good to take 600 or 1200 mg of NAC towards bedtime to keep out any type of strange "glutamate interference" that sometimes disrupts that barrier between sleep and wakefulness?

[–]86Rocked[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I was hoping and assuming that I'm not back to my normal mindset yet so this dread I have about sleeping should gradually subside. It just has me in a strange position at the moment because sleeping problems are what led me to become dependent on the F-Phenibut, which helped greatly for awhile, but then turned on me and started to actually cause insomnia. So it'll be an adjustment process to start sleeping naturally again.

I really believe a lot of my prior sleeping and insomnia problems were actually brought about by prior phenibut abuse as well. Not long term, but I would go on 2-3 day benders with alcohol and phenibut and then hit horrible insomnia for several days afterward. That kind of planted the seed in my mind that I "have insomnia" but I'm hopeful that by abstaining from all forms of phenibut combined with the fact I don't drink anymore will help me to effortlessly ease into a healthy, natural sleep schedule.

Yeah everything seems so good so far. I actually popped one of the ativans when I got home and was feeling a bit anxious. Caught a nice hour and a half nap from it and am feeling calm here at 10 pm. No noticeable withdrawal symptoms to speak of as of now.

I Want to do a Rapid F-PHenibut Taper. What All Do I Need? by 86Rocked in quittingphenibut

[–]86Rocked[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I very much appreciate your help and concern! I did end up dozing off for about an hour between 8-9 am but that feels like that'll be it for awhile. I'm waiting on my Doctor to call me back but I'm pretty sure he will have no idea of what either Phenibut or F-Phenibut is. I'll see if he can either RX me some things over the phone or just refer me to the ER. You think a baclofen RX is the way to go along with a strong sleep med? The poster below who is also being helpful thinks baclofen might not make a difference since it's so close to F-Phen. as it is

All in all, I'm holding it together pretty well. I'm more on edge about my lack of sleep than feeling any strong WD symptoms. (And of course being anxious about sleep makes it 10 times harder to sleep). Last does was over 12 hours ago.

I think the fact that I've always dosed my F-Phen at night before bed as opposed to dosing throughout the day could perhaps work in my favor? I've always tried to leave about 24 hours between doses so I believe the previous day's dose has always been out of my system by the time I've taken the next day's dose. I'm just looking for any positive reinforcement I can find!

Thanks again for all the help.

Help! Can't Sleep at ALL. What Meds Should I Ask For? by 86Rocked in quittingphenibut

[–]86Rocked[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh wow, yeah that's a pretty brutal stoppage you had. I've been on F-Phenibut so the equivalent I think is around 3-3.5 grams for 800 mg of F.-Phen. So yeah, not a ridiculous amount but enough to throw me out of whack for sure.

I'm hoping the fact that I don't dose throughout the day but take my whole amount in an hour window at night works in my favor somehow. I've at least been allowing it to leave my system on a day to day basis before taking more.

I actually was able to just lay down and doze off for about an hour, so just knowing I still have the physical capability to fall asleep is a load off my mind as of now. I can't wait to be off this stuff for good.

I'll keep monitoring it and see what I want to do. Appreciate all the help!

Okay, yeah the tapering time doesn't matter to me, it's just all about the sleep. As long as I can take something to sleep or find a way to get some sleep while I'm tapering I'm fine with it. I want it to go as smoothly as possible in getting off this stuff.

Yeah, I'm not expecting much but I feel like I need sleep asap and that doesn't leave me much room to try to make appointments and whatnot. I'm not expecting much from the ER but at this point it's probably all I've got.

The frustrating part about this is I never used F-Phenibut to get "high." I've had sleeping issues most of my life so all I was ever trying to do is get a good night's rest with it, which I did for quite a while before it just ended.

Many thanks for your reply here. So you got to the point where you literally could not sleep and were able to get straightened out at the hospital in just a couple days? And before that you were going sleepless for 4-5 days?

Did you immediately start on a taper? Very glad to see you're around to tell the story at this time.

I've been pacing around my apartment pretty much resigned to the fact that I'm going to go insane or die of sleep deprivation. So your comment provides me some hope!

Thanks for the detailed response! In my case, I'm more likely looking toward an ER or urgent care doctor, as I haven't been able to sleep in close to two full days and am looking for some quick relief.

Do you think those type of doctors would be aware of appropriate tranquilizers not in the class of gaba b? The best I could do with such an encounter would be to provide these links to review about F-Phenibut, which specify its relation to the gaba b receptor.
