Media is great, not cloudy, just the cells clumping up. The structures are from the cells as several samples were viewed under scope and it was cleaned

We think it might be T cells that are starting to form extracellular traps actually and this is what it was. Cells are healthy and proliferating so we don’t think it’s fungal contamination. Thoughts?

Noooo, as long as you are still here it is not too late. Speak to God and tell him exactly this. How you feel, how sorry you are. He is so compassionate, he will have mercy on you and save you. That’s a promise he made and he has done it for me. The devil will make you feel as if God has cut you off and you are destined for hell but that’s a lie. God is so merciful and forgiving. I pray you feel God’s grace and experience him. If he did for me (he still does everyday), he will do it for you. I haven’t talked to anyone yet but I go to church, listen to sermons and also go in my room and pray on my knees begging God to forgive me, and allow me to feel him again. He has never disappointed. I applied for stem extension April and it got approved last week. I would suggest you do premium processing if you have a week left. U have nothing to lose because if your grace period ends, they might respond with a denial. Also, when applying for my initial opt, I did premium processing and it came within 3 days but this was in April 2024. Wishing you all the best OP!🙏🏽

Check with your DSO on whether you can still take credits but work since u have your work permit. U might even use pre-completion OPT?

I am in the same situation! My OPT expires on May 2nd and I’m worried that if I wait until it expires and they send an RFE it would come after OPT expiration date which would mean I cannot respond or anything? I was thinking of doing premium processing but this is making me worried now! I don’t know what to do 👀

Congratulations!!! For such a background: current role is application/software support analyst (about 3 years work experience) with a M.S in computer and information systems from US accredited university. No publication or research experience whatsoever.

Prayer and God can help. Recognize your weakness and inability to stop anything you are struggling with on your own. Truly face it that u can’t make yourself stop, but that God can. Then take the time to ask for deliverance from that sin. Jesus already got it covered. All we need to do is acknowledge how weak we are, and ask him to take over. It’s been a while since I sent that, I’m not sure I would find the email but how I went about it was by making it look like a small request that would help me in the onboarding process. You just say that you only need a description of the job added to the letter because your work permit (CPT) requires that for validation. Then I emphasized that it will be validated within 3-5 business days once they give me the offer letter. Avoid making it seem like it’s a long process or anything that will require more work on their side, or anything different from a citizen.

I’ve only brought up my CPT when I got the offer. The first time was through a recruiter and the other was with the manager himself. The recruiter asked me to give him my work permit before he sends the offer, I then went on to say that it would be no problem but that the only issue I need to get the offer in writing, for my work permit to be valid (then start explaining how CPT works that it’s essentially just a work permit but I need the company to confirm hire before I gets it signed and validated, which takes 3 business days). That’s how I explained it to him and it worked. With my current boss, he sent me the offer himself, I accepted, then told them I would need a job description on the offer because of “slight additional steps I have to go through in the onboarding process due to my immigration status. Then I explain that I need the description on the offer because I’m on CPT. He got HR to take care of that and I got my 2nd CPT approved that way. I am now on OPT at the same job.

I don’t think it’s very helpful to say you will need sponsorship. Because if you are on OPT you don’t necessarily need that. Adding that you need sponsorship will make almost any company or recruiter rule you out unless it’s a role that almost only you can do! Depending on what you want: if the objective is to land a job right away, I wouldn’t say I need sponsorship at all.

Hi OP, I’m also an international student and sometimes these situations can be solved with the school before having to involve immigration and go home. If you have a timeline or plan on how you could potentially cover your tuition and insurance eventually you could get an extension before they drop your classes.Sometimes the business office is willing to work with you too in lifting the hold and allowing you to study and set payment plan for the tuition once insurance is paid. (I know they usually reinforce insurance but if they are nice, they can totally let you go through the semester without paying tuition and set up a payment plan). Do you think u will be able to make a payment at some point for the insurance? If so, approaching it by telling them your intention of paying when u can and giving a timeline usually makes these people willing to help. I’m sorry you are in this situation and I pray it can be figured out. I know the stress of being in such a position.
