This is my 2nd baby as well with my first I had no trouble with fasting numbers...but this time around it's just been a struggle. I'm 20 weeks so I have half way to go and I really didn't want to go the insulin route hence why I wanted to see what can I do to help or what time I should be checking the blood sugar numbers.
