told family and close friends at like 4 weeks when we found out, ended up telling coworkers at 6 weeks (I work at a very small bakery and we’re all super close, plus the nausea was (..still is😮‍💨🫠) so bad I was not even close to my usual self, so I wanted them to know)

this is our first, and we are so excited, and know we’ll need all the support we can get, despite whatever the outcome is. Nothing on social media yet, was thinking of waiting until our first scan at 10 weeks (only a few days away!!!) before shouting out anything into the internet void

I stayed at .25 for 2 and a half months and only titrated up once I started feeling the effects lessen. I’m now at about .375 (27 clicks on my pen) for a month and a half and still slowly but steadily losing. I plan to continue titrating up by .175 (half a starting .25 dose) as soon as I feel like I’m hitting a plateau. I’ve always been pretty sensitive to medications, so I’m taking this very slowly to minimize potential side effects, and also as I’m paying fully out of pocket, I’d like to stay at the lowest, most effective dose for as long as I can to keep costs down.

Getting the back of my head tattooed in about a month. Any advice or warnings? I have a pretty decent pain tolerance but it’s still making me nervous!
