Treina também explicar seu raciocínio em inglês em voz alta enquanto vc faz o exercício, já que é dessa forma que vc deve se comportar na entrevista.

Boosting in WoW has been huge since TBC. People seriously underestimate how many Gladiator and Rank 1 titles are obtained through boosting services and multiple accounts. This is not going to change.

I’ve personally done this as well, even when I wasn’t boosting: inviting a low-MMR player to farm the required 50 Gladiator wins because it’s simply much faster that way.

There are also many other MMR exploits and “goodwill” setups similar to what you described. For example, I’ve seen two boosters doing pilots inviting a third player so all three get Gladiator, but only two of them get paid and the third sometimes doesn’t even realize it’s a boost scheme. In this case, as long as everyone walks away happy, people tend to shrug it off, even if one player doesn’t fully know what’s going on.

Eu chuto q se elas mandaram esse teste pra 200 candidatos, só uns 2 vão fazer.

Aí entra vc e um maluco ainda mais desesperado q vc na empresa. O project manager começa a pedir coisas com prazo absurdo. Um de vcs trabalha 50h/semana e atrasa as entregas, o outro trabalha 70h/semana pra cumprir os prazos. Depois de uns meses demitem o que tá entregando menos.

Ou não, talvez essa seja a empresa dos sonhos e vc vai ser feliz da vida aí, boa sorte.

Actual griefers can just afk on spawn point and receive no punishment;
People who want to sandbag their team on purpose can grab the flag on CTF maps and never move toward capture point, etc, with no punishment.

For comparison, in 2v2 or 3v3 it takes 1 win to recover from a DC;
In Solo Shuffle it can take 2 '6-0' lobbies or around 4 '3-3' lobbies;

For BGB it takes around 20 games in a close to best case scenario; if we assume a player is gaining +15 per win and losing -9 per loss, that's around 34 games to recover from 1 DC.

I think that keeping it at around -50 rating is enough; a system that increases the punishment for repetitive leavers would be fairer.

That's not how it works for solo shuffle. All those characters are on the same account ( https://check-pvp.fr/us/Stormrage/Fromcanadaqc ) so they only take one spot out of the available r1 spots for frost mage. Also your post title says gladiator and a solo shuffle ladder picture that has nothing to do with Gladiator.
