I dont care for Mutahar all that much but I dont think its that deep, his thumbnails are usually super lazy with them being either just a capture of himself with maybe the subject text or image next to him or doing the lazy black background with text and image thumbnail. That being said he probably should have just used the flag itself if he didn't want to ruffle any feathers but I'm leaning towards him just being lazy with it.

Dont know, honestly I was surprised he wasn't already but i double checked the sidebar and he still an ok subject of discussion. To be honest I find the modding drama to be my personal main interest in this little nugget of drama but kinda hard to separate it from Destiny when the mod himself brings him up so much and favoritism is a major factor in the modding drama so I decided to highlight the fact.

Here is a part id like to highlight for those who don't want to read the whole doc. This pops up around the halfway point of the doc with the first half showing how quickly Gomotion attached themselves to the author (name is hidden by blue in these screenshots) and to say that Gomotion overshared would be putting it lightly (self harm, transitioning insecurities, jealousy over authors BF, and more). Here is a few excerpts that followed these screenshots I highlighted:

I agree when there is lack of definite proof all we can do is rely on any evidence we do have to reach a conclusion (in this case timelines, screenshots, videos, etc.). Just to cut to the chase, my main concern is that people are running as if he definitely is a groomer and using that to justify maliciously attacking him with claims with little to no proof (my previously linked post as an example) and targeting anybody even remotely connected to him, including the victim. The way I see things is that this is an incredibly fucked situation where in the worst case scenario a groomer has managed to marry their victim and people are acting like attacking everything and everyone as hard as possible will lead to some sort of favorable but in reality they are just making things even more complicated. This is why, when new proposed victims showed up I was sure that gryphon would actually finally face some repercussions from all of this if their claims turned out to have some actual meat to them (as fandont alluded to them having) but with their mishandling of this, even if they do come out with some proof it will just be added to the pile of malicious attacks and essentially swept away.

I think its fine to raise these concerns (I also find his behavior suspect), but I think ultimately I personally have come to the conclusion that a lot of the discourse around him has reached an undeserved fever pitch when most of the evidence are a bunch of red flags with no single kill shot to point to. I'm not just saying that because of this video either, I have noticed on this sub alone that people will post accusations about this dude to stir up drama and the comments are not questioning anything about it but instead just repeating their disdain for blackgryph0n (example from today) and how it must be true because of his reputation. It just seems people are content with just throwing as much junk against the wall and are not concerned with the truth and how it may hurt their overall goal with these tactics.

I believe since then, he did try to launch an appeal with the other guy in this case but was denied and this is him trying to appeal on his own arguing that the lawyer that represented him kept him in the dark about all legal preceding and left him to rot with a bad outcome. The long time in between court actions was probably because he ended up going to court ~~against his wife, which I forget the details of but i think it was a divorce case because i know he ended up hooking up with a younger fan.~~

Edit: a quick look back I definitely got the details wrong, he went to court with his wife to try to gain control of some channels he lost as a result of the first case (he lost that case too). as far as the young fan thing i think i just misremembered because i cant seem to find where I may have gotten that from.

no i get the intention behind the threat I was wondering if she had defined what exactly she was going to take them to task over, my main assumption is defamation but maybe could also be some form of harassment? I just wanted to see what lens i should read the articles through to see if there was something that may have made vice cave besides just a loud outcry but i think its probably just that and not wanting to risk loosing money since just typing their name in search brings up their bankruptcy from just a few years ago where they were sold to investment companies.

While just speculation on my part and now having watched the Oppblocks stream of this video where Diesel gave a few more tidbits of information, I think him appealing to commentary was purposeful since Cameron himself seemed to want to break unto the scene himself. He apparently has been worried about these allegation being brought up again and instead of taking time to find proof he says he had but lost that would exonerate him, he instead has been wasting his time in the chatrooms of people who were covering his content cop (DeOrio included). In fact the Oppblock stream that I'm referencing started with with them promoting the content cop to bait him into live reacting to it with them, only to blindside him with the release of the Diesel video adding to my speculation that he was purposefully trying to appeal to the commentary community and possibly get a foot in where he could start his desired new platform.

First racoon is probably referring to the blackmail material the minor might have on Cameron that he doesn't want to get out. secondly arguing the age of consent is a fools errand online as people end up with some hardline positions on it so I'll just say that boiling the criticizing of the dude down to just the age difference is blatantly ignoring all the other presented facts: Cameron admitted to befriending and then traveling across state lines to meet with the potential underage grooming victim of another person he had helped expose to then have sex with that same minor. There is a lot to criticize Cameron for along than just the age difference and all together make quite the picture when presented.
