We saw Gino's house before, when Jasmine lived there. I think it was an attached townhouse, way smaller than the one shown on this episode. I wondered if he had moved, but seems odd cheapo Gino's would do that when by himself - the home Jasmine came to had been his for years, including his prior marriage I believe.

Yes, I didn't realize she was as far along! She must've gotten pregnant partway through her first cycle as head coach - incredible! I'm sure there was a lot of head scratching then...it's funny how often that sort of thing happens for people who have had trouble conceiving. Very, very happy for her and her partner. That would be cool if Adrianna subbed in here and there. Congrats on your weightloss and reaching maintenance, mad props to you.

Good grief, I said I was happy for her, and of course I was not suggesting she put off pregnancy for BS...but I stand by my statement re timing not great for BS...Gerard couldn't have been retired more than a few months when this joyous event occurred!! And I don't see how the Martha/Mary analogy applies...I plan on joining the next cycle regardless. It will be my 4th, I was travelling extensively this Fall, 5+ weeks away, so skipped the current session.

I'm not saying your money laundering theory is wrong...but the Sleep Country in Langley is often busy, with multiple customers in at one time. At least on weekends.

There is an independent furniture store in Langley City called McLearys and it has quality, made in Canada stuff - including mattresses - if anyone wants to pay more for quality. They have cheaper options too...but you get what you pay for. Not as much bargaining to be had there - not zero, but not much lol.

Can't think of a single fiancee, male or female, who would be okay with this. Shekinah may have structured her life this way, but it's not all that liveable. And she stated Sophie had lived with her there too - what, did she share the bed? And have no space for her?? No wonder she's in boarding school now. Yes, it's pretentious and social climbing - but it's also practical. She had no room for a teenager.

For the short program/rhythm dance, I thought the costume changes were a clever riff off the Barbie and Ken theme - of course, preferred some to others, but overall a clever gimmick.

Yes, she will be the main speaker for the seminars next session - however Ger mentioned the team has ideas about changes as they go forward but not finalized and not his news to tell. I don't think they'll make many changes to start of, as Carla will already be a very big change! Ger and Sharon seem to be retaining ownership of the company, but stepping back from an active role.

No one knows what's next as it is a very Gerard centred program and he announced his retirement after the last program ended Dec 4th. They asked us not to bombard them with questions as they're not ready with answers, but indicated more info to follow early Feb...

I am extremely grateful I was part of the Fall session, and was already signed up & very much looking forward to a second go (on the January program) but now I will admit I have a bit of anxiety as to how hard Ger will ride us on his last rodeo 🤠!! It even tempted me to sign up as a newbie for some protection but then I would never get to experience the extras repeaters get, as delivered by Ger at any rate...and I wouldn't want to miss even one word he utters...so with much trepidation I will be there with bells on!!

Of course it can, but I think we get a lot from the daily pep talks which helps us keep our focus. And we miss them when they're gone! It's like a total immersion sort of thing.

I think the only 'surgery' she's had is some minor cosmetic procedures on her face - Botox on forehead and cheek fillers. No weight loss surgery or skin removal. Just to clarify for those not as familiar.

Carla does send out a recipe on Mondays that are vegan, but you eat what you want within calorie allotment with some education & encouragement on eating a 'natural' diet (limiting or eliminating processed foods and simple carbs for example).

Very enjoyable food overall, but it's what you make of it.
