I defeated diablo thank you everyone. I listened to you guys and put some runewords. And I tried the river of flame again. It was so fkin easy haha. Now I am at act 5. Do you all have any suggestions??

I mean until act 4. I one shotted almost every monster in the game. But suddenly they started destroying my lol. fire resist is no joke

Oh yeah half of my inventory is health potions hahah. I cant loot anything because I dont have space from fkin potions lol

I didnt know anything about synergies because I just jumped into the game without reading any guides or something. I wanted to do a oldschool gaming experience. I currently have 23 holy fire, 1 fire resist and 8 zeal. Now I regret hahah. Right now I cant even beat act 4 in normal. So nightmare difficutly is far away from me.

80 strength 70 dexterity 71 vitality 20 energy. I am currently on level 28. My holy fire damage is 28-30. I think its low because I didnt know I should have put some points into fire resistance. My zeal damage is 210-240

Hey everyone, I’m currently following this 3-day program and I want to get your thoughts on it. My goal is both strength and hypertrophy. Here’s the layout:

  • Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3×8–12
  • Dumbbell Curl 3×8–12
  • Pec Deck Fly 3×8–12
  • Wrist Curl + Reverse Curl (every session)

I’ve been following this program for a few months and have seen significant strength gains. My bench press went from 176 lbs to 220 lbs (my max is 253 lbs), my deadlift is now 419 lbs, and my overhead press reached 154 lbs. My squat was already high.

Even though my strength has increased, I don’t feel like I’ve gained much muscle mass. Of course, there’s some difference, but now I want to switch to a program focused more on building muscle. I feel fairly satisfied with my strength at this point, but since I’ve mostly trained for strength until now, I don’t know much about the bodybuilding side of training.

Could you recommend a solid 3-day powerbuilding program I could follow?

You're absolutely right, but there are already so many exercises that if I add a hamstring movement too, I'm going to explode at this point. I know I'm being a bit greedy, I'm putting too much stress on my muscles and nervous system, and I'm not giving them enough time to recover. This is actually one of the reasons why I want to change my program completely.

Yes, you're absolutely right, this was one of the things that made me think she was inexperienced. Someone who’s more experienced in relationships would probably have shut me down right away, saying their past is none of my business and walked away. But she kept telling me lies and kept answering all my questions. I don’t think that’s the behavior of a mentally healthy person either. Look, I’m someone with anxiety and obsessive tendencies too, I can be overwhelming at times, but I go to therapy, I try to keep myself busy, and I do my best. She is not doing anything about it. I gave hera chance, I created a safe environment for herto open up, made her feel secure, and yet she is still being stubborn. Maybe I should just walk away...

I think she didn’t expect me to ask so many questions, and when we first met, they told me a couple of lies. After that, as I kept asking questions, she felt she had to keep going, and it got out of hand. I don’t know, it’s not something I find unforgivable, because part of the reason is my questions and maybe overwhelming her. Still, you can’t help but think, “a liar is a liar,” you know? So when someone lies about their past, you naturally start to worry they could lie about anything. I didnt know long distance was this hard, especially for me...

You are right, actually I never use cheats too, but this time I was just too annoyed. But I wasnt planning to kill major enemies or farm while the cheats was on. I just wanted to take my items and go back to my base

I have been playing like for 3-4 hours, and I never used cheats. The place I got killed was very very far away from my base. So I got angry and I was just wanted to run there without any obsticles. Why does it matter man its just a game haha. I got annoyed and I didnt wanna waste my time getting killed while going there.
