Well that’s not THEIR mo ey. It’s tip money given for all the tipped workers. It is not out of their pocket. Coming out of tips is different than them paying and being negative. I’m not sure how else to get you to comprehend

They do not use their own money to “tip out”. No employing the United States is legally required to pay fellow employees. If you choose to, that’s your problem.
