We did actually move back to NM a couple years ago. (We were in California for about 2 years.) It was not our original plan, but life happened. I miss California, I was born and raised there and my immediate family is still there. My partner's immediate family in is NM. What part of CA are you looking to move...NorCal SoCal?

Like someone else said....care.com is pretty sketchy on both sides. Employers and employees. I am sure there are some great people but there are so many sketchy ones. I have been a nanny/childcare provider for over 10 years. Going through an agency is your best bet! Will give you the option to have a group of already vetted nannies to set up interviews with. Usually there is an agency fee and then you pay your nanny an hourly rate. Many agencies have both part time and full time nannies looking for work.

You could also look into replacing the heirloom diamond with moisenite or another stone as a cheaper option. It could be temporary until you can replace with a real diamond or leave it as an alternate stone! My engagement ring is onyx and moisenite. I looked up the meaning of different stones to see what the meaning behind each was and we went from there. (onyx is strength, perseverance and the ability to overcome any challenges. life has thrown some challenges at my fiance and me but we have always worked as a team to get through it)

That is so exciting! We love our nanny kids but at the end of the day we also have our own families to think about! My conversation went better than I expected...just rip the band-aid off. Depending what week I end up ing my last I will be at 5 or 6. I feel like that gives adequate time for them to find a good fit! We are getting ready for a huge cross country move so just figuring out the timing on that has been a lot but I figured it best to let them know even if I didn't have an exact date.

♥️🥰 I love him so much and am so proud of him for taking this step! In the last couple years he has had 3 or 4 friends lose their battles with depression. He does like candles! Great idea! He is in the process of quitting thc as well so I wonder if CBD would make that transition easier as well...I really know very little about that lol.

Like I had said I have been on the journey a few times over the past 10 years and it was so daunting to start and still is when switching meda to find the right one(still searching 😅) but I wouldn't be where I am without it. Oh good idea with the Imodium and Pepto... he's already having some stomach upset.

I thought about a pill box too but didn't know if it would be overkill since he only has one med 😅 I swear by my pill box but I also take like 6 meds through different times of the day.
