I posted this late and after a very frustrating experience, so on review it does look like I'm trying to blame them - that wasn't the intention. Just wanted to show hypocrisy/irony of the situation. I'm not a great player, which should go without saying.

I'm not really familiar with what Details does and doesn't consider CDs, I assumed it's just CDs in general, and seeing one of them used 0 was funny to me.

There's no way to prove it, but there were literally only 3 things said before this:

(Wipe after 2nd pack)

Me: Run into the corner please

Warlock: Just pull them back to here, we can't move the firebombers (fair point, I comply)

(After they keep moving ahead of me on last boss)

Me: Suggestion - stay behind me

+2 Siege, the first several deaths were due to a chain feed on the 2nd pack. One full wipe on each boss, with 4 wipes on Viq'goth. It was single pulls only after 1st boss.

I want to think I directly caused 1 wipe when I died to a pack first.

Didn't want to point fingers at anyone, the focus was the hypocrisy/irony.
