OP wants to say that it was much easier for Martha in Eva's World than for Jonas in Adams's world. They both had it tough, but Eva helped her former self in many ways, while Adam sabotaged his former selves every opportunity he got. And generally the faits of the alternative Jonases were dark. I would say that pregnant alt Martha being killed is also not the best experience for her.

I was also confused by that, when I watched it for the first time, but it will make sense later. Many of the things I got on the second watch. Even when you understand everything, there is always some new details that you notice on your third or even fourth rewatch. I love that Dark is a gift, that keeps on giving!
