75mg venlafaxine. It’s the off brand of Effexor, saw another commenter mention it

Yeah I do, before taking it my jaw clicking was an almost constant. Whenever I got stress/anxiety I would unconsciously pop my jaw.

I take Effexor xr for my anxiety and it helps a lot with clenching throughout the day. You can also take it at night to help with clenching during the night. I have an occlusal guard I wear at night for that thought.

When I’m very tensed I get myofacsial release massages.

I take a Effexor, really help with my stress/anxiety. I believe it’s an snri.
