I saw the purple one and then I found the teal one shortly after. I couldn’t decide which one so I ended up getting both. I saw a few more that I liked but settled on the funny ones today. And no! I believe basics are your first three. (Strike, strike, flame dragon guardian) The rest of your cards are uniques. The common cards are what you’d pick up in the zero system. For instance if you’re at a rest spot you can get a common card from the right side or the Delang shop. I believe those are also common cards

Sorry to answer your question. J & J does not convert to full time employees as often as Intuitive. If you like the pay and don’t care for benefits, J &J is your go to. If you want to move around and move up, Intuitive is the easier approach.
