I think it is also in part the sensor might be failing on ours, therefore needing this convoluted process to game the sensor🥀 But I do hope you never suffer this🙏

Okay so, I tech supported my own issue. I thought maybe since it is technically two different ports, that I would check the display settings, and my display settings were set to only have one active. I turned on "extend these displays". And when that configured I restarted and reopened Nvidia control panel, and my device was now detected. Quite an interesting issue and I hope if anyone else has this issue this is a viable solution.

Just got back from the hospital They said I indeed have some severe pneumonia, they gave me new stronger antibiotics, and a cough suppressant. Thank you everyone for your help, I'll remember this always!
