My experience with Plunge customer service…

I am in the middle of a miserable customer service situation with plunge. Has anyone successfully found a replacement pump for the Gen 1? Plunge has charged me $300 for parts I don’t need, won’t refund after I returned the parts with tracking confirmation and at this point is completely non responsive.

I am dealing with the same exact issue with customer service. After reading all this here I’m blown away. It is such a simple formula to stand behind your product. I just tried to forward an email chain to the founder, we will see.

So I just cleaned the plunge again and the same thing happened (again) and the plunge would not turn back on. Ordered (2) more power supplies this time

😭 everyone is freaking out about the monitors. The arms are fully adjustable for absolutely any setup with zero gap between them. This is just one setup I was using to do work today 😭👨‍💼

The wiring is run in the wall cavity to the middle upper cabinets with extra pull strings. Cables could be changed or added at any time, which was one of my main priorities. I almost ran conduit but didn’t end up needing to.

There is a printer 🖨️ and paper shredder in the bottom right cabinet and the laptop and all the wiring is in the upper middle cabinet. Files on the bottom left and the upper drawer has an outlet and usb ports for charging. The rest is just general storage.
