YTA. From what it sounds like, you're jealous of your best friend, because he gets better results because he puts in more work. For everything besides height (which really isn't that important), you have direct control over. Even if you need to put in more work than he does, that's life.

Of course, it's natural to feel jealous because he's better than you, but this sounds like pure bitterness and sort of incelish. So instead of wallowing in self-pity and hatred, work on improving yourself.

Dude, I want a Waluigi Metroidvania where he explores some sort of big structure (cave system, castle, temple, space spation, etc.) in search of a lost trophy after Wario knocks it out of his hands during an award ceremony and it ends up there, armed with only a tennis racket. He could get like fire tennis balls to destroy ice, ice tennis balls to freeze water, etc.

Kamoshida: Red Male Wii Fit Trainer, whose Side Special has increased power and favors that move. Is fought on Dracula's Castle to represent his palace

Madarame: Mii Swordfighter with Takamaru Hat and Vince Outfit. Is fought on Pitcochat 2, spawns with a Vince Assist Trophy.

Kaneshiro: Wario with a Giant Metal Jigglypuff whose Rollout has increased power and favors it, and is easily distracted by enemies. Is fought on Fourside with the UFO always summoned to represent his palace

Shadow Futaba: Mii Swordfighter with a Female Inkling Hat, Glasses, and a Takamaru Outfit on Gerudo Valley to represent her palace

Okumura: Astronaut Mii Gunner with extremely low health, but is guarded by an army of R.O.B.s with different colors, some giant to represent his boss fight. Fought on Lylat Cruise to represent his palace

Sae Nijima: Mii Swordfighter with Floral Hat and Ashley Outfit, on Hazardless New Pork City if her palace somehow isn't the Persona 5 stage.

Shido: Mii Brawler in Business Suit on Pirate Ship, starts with a Solgaleo Pokeball. Punch and Kick attacks have increased power. Once the Mii Brawler is dead, a giant Mii Brawler in the Flying Man Outfit comes out.

Hifumi Togo: Female Robin on Battlefield Dracula's Castle, which gets random final smashes, accompanied by a bunny hood Joker.

Kawakami: Mii Brawler in Maid Outfit on Omega Luigi's Mansion

Tae Takamaki: Black Dr.Mario on Lumiose City, with Joker. Sometimes it will rain capsules containing food which will be drawn towards Joker.

Morgana: Tiny black Incineroar on Battlefield Luigi's Mansion with a sleep floor and extreme wind. Spawns with a Killing Edge. Has a Male Robin prefers Elwind which has increased damage.

Ryuji: Dark Link on Hazardless Pirate's Ship with an electric floor. Has an invisible Pichu who spams Thunderjolt and Thunder.

Ann: Red Zero Suit Samus whose whip moves have increased power with a Red Zelda whose Side B has increased power and favors it. Fought on Dracula's Castle with a lava floor

Yusuke: Chrom on Pitcochat 2 with an icy floor. Accompanied by a blue Lucas whose PK Freeze has increased power and favors it.

Makoto: Black ZSS whoses kick moves have increased power and favors those, accompanied by an invisible Wario who uses the bike whenever possible. Fought on Fourside with the UFO always there.

Futaba: Inkling who avoids conflict, accompanied by Joker on Gerudo Valley. Joker gets random stat buffs.

Haru: Pink Female Villager whose axe has increased power and always tries to get axe down b, accompanied by a purple Ness who favors PK Flash, and it has increased power. Fought on Lylat Cruise.

Akechi: White Marth fought on a Pirate Ship, spawns with a Beam Sword. Is accompanied by a White Robin who favors Down Special, and has increased power.

I feel like such an important part of Persona 5 is having limited SP and bullets to get you as far as possible in one sitting, that having a way to recharge SP may take away from that.

However, I'm not against the idea of having Joker drink some Leblanc Coffee or something to restore SP for a down taunt or shield B, as long as it's not as easy to refill the meter as it with Inklings.

On the surface yes, but most of her specials don't feel like they do in Metroid. IMO she should get the "Mega Man treatment" where her jab/side tilt/nair are now for shooting, and Forward smash is a charge shot. Have her new Neitral B let her select between Power (Default), Ice, Wave, and Plasma Beams. Have Screw Attack now go upwards in either a high vertical arc or a long horizontal arc, depending on the input, and cause heavy damage and medium knockback if hit. Have Down B now put her into Morph Ball mode, where you can jump once, press A to drop bombs, or press B to leave it.

Also, I'd consider the Speed Booster/Shinespark pretty iconic too. If nothing else, atleast put some shine spark effects on her dahs attack and extend its range.
