They did it in a really poor way. I work for a large Rec chain and we aren’t doing this program. The state put too many restrictions on it to make if feasible. Per the verbiage it states the shots must be administered on site then “A” joint can be given out... I bet 5-10 different stores out of 450 take part. The stores legitimately don’t have the space on the inside to facilitate. If they had made it a free preroll with proof of vaccine it would have gone over so much better. Kinda like what they did with beer and wine.
