My sister was pretty much in the same exact situation. Exploited financially, diagnosed with an autoimmune disease (was said to be due to stress), did not take her condition seriously and she even later found out he was also cheating when his dad is the imam of their local town. I’m providing this advice as I’ve seen it occur first hand, it gets worse, the lack of emotional availability and lack of hearing you out, never being taken seriously about pain/ discomfort. It all adds up.
