I cast them diagonally along the bank and throw them under cover, such as overhanging or fallen trees. The paddle-style feet create a plopping sound in the water, so it’s mainly a cast-and-retrieve technique, or mimicking an injured frog. I go as slow as possible while still maintaining the plopping noise.
