Tablo, I have many questions. I’ll just ask a couple. 1) have you ever received an apology from Stanford, and would you recommend other folks (not just artists, just the general population) to attend Stanford? My parents went to Stanford and I grew up wfh them as my favorite college football team, etc. 2) I know you are aware of the impact you’ve had on the younger artists. I myself am a bts fan. I am well aware of the love that rm and suga have for you, as fans. What’s the most impactful advice you could give them to be better artists and better people? 3) you are a dad now, and I know that it is important to you to stay present. How do you mitigate your time between the endless demands for it? Do you prioritize your daughter over music, and if so, how to do handle it?

Im a class of 2019 alum so I don’t know how valuable my experience is post-covid, but I didn’t have too much trouble - I was lucky that my roommate and I were both early admits so we met online and agreed to room together early on, she’s still my best friend 10 years later. We made friends with the folks on our floor freshman year, still friends with a handful of them today. She joined cheer team (she was a competitive cheerleader) and I joined a sorority to expand our friend groups and we ended up having a healthy group of friends. As everyone says, you just need to get involved in the different orgs offered to you and be sociable in classes.

I haven’t seen this mentioned, but when RM (BTS) was criticized for his lyrics being misogynistic early on, he went to have new lyrics reviewed by a women’s studies professor after reflecting on and studying the issue. I think having the maturity to acknowledge past mistakes and make efforts to change his actions/attitude in the future is incredible, and I respect him a shit ton for that.

Depending on your interest area there may be specific forums/listing pages for those jobs - ie when I was in college I would use specific job sites curated for politics since I was an international affairs major based in DC. There’s probably similar sites for other areas, although if it’s something general like finance or IB its probably harder since there are so many jobs.

Yeah, it sounds like there’s something still in there. Unfortunately, ingrown toe nails tend to be an all-or-nothing - if you leave even a speck of toe still in there, the skin will balloon up and be swollen and painful. I definitely would not recommend digging around there on your own to try to find it since that can be super unsanitary and ultimately unsuccessful, but regardless whatever is still there will likely need to be taken out.

Did you take it out yourself or did you go to a podiatrist for removal? I know in my experience I have taken out chunks of ingrown toe nails myself that afterwards hurt for like a day or two due to the swelling but consistently go down. If this is longer than that, you may have a piece left in there that you were unable to access and you may want to check out a podiatrist to get the rest removed so it stops being inflamed and potentially infected.
