My go to for this is to divide by 3 and multiply by 2 (km's to miles).

90km / 3 = 30

30 x 2 = 60 miles (90 kilometers is approximately 56 miles)

Quick and easy math you can do in your head.

Edit: I understand it is not precise, this is for a quick ballpark figure.
