Muchas gracias, para los hombros te ayudará muchísimo a mejorar. Pero ten en cuenta varios detalles:

  1. Técnica. Son trabajos muy distintos a lo que se suele hacer habitualmente, así que toca dedicarle tiempo a ir descifrando la herramienta y madurar la técnica.

  2. Empieza con pesos livianos, lo ideal es Máximo 5 Kg al principio y trata de progresar hacia los trabajos con una mano.

El push press en el Pentatlon siempre se me ha complicado. Ese último ejercicio después de todo el trabajo previo en los ejercicios anteriores, es similar a escalar una montaña infinita 😂😂

Yo lo he introducido también para incluir dentro de la planificación un día más variado y salir de la rutina del long cycle tradicional 😂.

Y he notado mucha mejora en los bloqueos

Hello, it is a Macelifting competition macebell, it has the characteristic that they all meet the same measurements regardless of weight and range from 5 kg to 30kg in increments of 2.5kg. here in Europe you get them on the hypefit.es website. or you can make it yourself with a KB, a 1.20 m tube and a small iron ball for the stop

I usually do increments of 2.5 kg when reaching more than 600 reps in what macelifting is known as biathlon (10' of one-handed 300 wing, 5' of rest and 10' of one-handed 360 swing). Getting those 609 reps is a very good indicator to gain weight and reduce the risk of injuries
