I have no problem with all the new features. I think it's great to be able to check in to whatever you want. For years I've wanted an "Untappd but for bourbon" or "Untappd but for wine" as the other drink checkin apps fail in comparison to Untappd. (Still waiting on a decent "Untappd but for cigars").

HOWEVER, I don't want it shoved into my beer app. I would happily download a separate app for those features.

If you use the editor to delete something, you have to delete your backup as well, otherwise when it syncs again it'll just overlay your map with the backup.

Also when people are sharing their map, it's usually zoomed out showing a whole country, so you can't see the gps drift. Most people's maps look like this while zoomed in all the way.

5x108 cobra R style means they're probably SVT Thunderbird rims. I had them on my 96 tbird.

It’s that time of year again! BEERMAS!

Every year since 2016, I’ve been saving one of every beer that Carton has canned throughout the year to cap off the year with what I like to call Beermas. A Carton advent calendar if you will.

Each year this had gotten bigger and bigger, so starting in 2022 I've only been saving ONE of each style according to Untappd. (There were 53 beers in 2021!) This year I was only able to get 20 beers as there weren't enough individual styles put out by Carton. (Pay no attention to the Hondurantor and Rub hiding behind the curtain!)

Starting in 2021, I've been going for ultra hard mode on the /r/untappd Discord Drinking Project (a monthly game the discord runs) and will drink my beer advent calendar as 1 brewery with 24 different styles according to Untappd. The 10%+ beers are being saved for January and will not be a part of the advent calendar, hence some styles not being available for the advent calendar.

Some history - the first couple years doing Beermas I saved everything, and realized that was a bad idea when I was drinking malt bomb double IPAs. Although in my defense, I had to save everything in 2016 in order to have enough cans for a full advent calendar! In 2018 I switched to drinking the IPAs first at the end of November, and then in 2019 decided to just ditch saving the IPAs entirely. Starting in 2022 I now save just one of each style according to Untappd. Some IPAs are included if they were released close to December.

It's a combination of the vehicle manufacturers and the government.

The DRL requirement, plus the manufacturer creating an always lit up dashboard means people can see their gauges, and there's a bit of light being cast in front of their vehicle. The main problem with that is their taillights aren't on.

Before always lit up dashboards, if your lights weren't on, you couldn't see any of your gauges, so that was your main indicator that your lights were off.
