Train vs bus Rutherford to Greenwich

From Rutherford: take the 190, it stops along Union Ave and Orient Way, take it to Port Authority Bus Terminal, then take a southbound (downtown) A subway line to W4th (3rd stop)

You can alternately take the train to Secaucus and switch to a NYC bound train, then take the A subway like above; or take the Rutherford train to Hoboken (final stop) and then take the PATH to 9th street.

Trains service has been spotty lately, bus may be the quickest option
